Head of State congratulated graduates of National Institute of Justice
President Maia Sandu attended the graduation ceremony of the 17th promotion of the National Institute of Justice today. In front of the new generation of judges and prosecutors, the President congratulated them on their choice and encouraged them to practice their profession with honesty and dignity.
“Today, at the National Institute of Justice, I stood alongside future judges and prosecutors – young people who have taken on a challenging mission: to deliver justice for the people, to protect the public interest and democracy,” Maia Sandu said.
The Head of State also emphasized the importance of restoring citizens' trust in justice. “I told them that people are placing their hopes in them – that they are waiting for true justice. Justice in which trust is built through fair decisions, courage and integrity,” Maia Sandu pointed out.
The National Institute of Justice is a public institution founded in 2006, with the mission of providing initial and continuous training for professionals in the justice sector, thereby contributing to the consolidation of the rule of law in the Republic of Moldova.
