Nicolae Testemitanu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Moldova to hold open day; event's agenda

The Nicolae Testemitanu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy (USMF) will hold an Open Day – an event dedicated to lyceum and college graduates interested in health-related study programmes. The event will take place on April 25, this year, starting from 9:00, at the main teaching block located at 165 Stefan cel Mare Boulevard from Chisinau.

During the event, meetings will be organized with the administration of Nicolae Testemitanu USMF, where pupils will have the opportunity to get first-hand information about bachelor’s, integrated and master’s degree programmes, admission requirements and tuition fees for the 2026–2027 academic year, as well as accommodation and integration. The meetings will be attended by vice-rectors, deans and vice-deans of the faculties, as well as representatives of the Admissions Committee.

The day’s agenda will include interactive activities, such as workshops, masterclasses, exhibitions, photo sessions and tours to the most attractive university locations.

In addition, young visitors will be able to visit the Scientific Medical Library, the Student Self-Governance Center, the University Sociocultural Complex and the Alley of Eminent Scientists and Physicians. They will also take a tour of the Student Campus and visit the dormitories, canteens, the University Sports Complex, the outdoor sports field, the Driving School and other facilities. Transportation of pupils to the university campus in the Malina Mică area will be centrally organized from the main teaching block.

The Open Day at Nicolae Testemitanu USMF is organized in partnership with the Association of Medical Students and Residents, the Moldovan Association of Dental Students and the Association of Pharmacy Students of Moldova. Throughout the day, pupils will be guided by student volunteers, who will provide them with more information about student life at the University of Medicine.
