About 450 requests for heat reconnection received by Termoelectrica
The low temperatures in early April have prompted consumers in the capital to request the reconnection to the heating system. Termoelectrica has received about 450 requests in recent days.
Termoelectrica press service said that 90 percent of the requests for heat reconnection concern residential buildings.
The procedure for reconnecting the heat is simple and quick. Thus, consumers can request the resumption of heating delivery to their homes at any time.
In the case of residential buildings equipped with individual heating points, the intervention of the residential building manager is not necessary because these installations connect and disconnect automatically thanks to settings that adjust thermal energy consumption according to the outside temperature and consumer needs.
In Chisinau, the 2024-2025 heating season ended on March 24, in accordance with a municipal decision.
In the coming days, the weather will remain cold, according to meteorologists' forecasts.
