
Moldovan leu stabilises against main foreign currencies
Chisinau, 08 August /MOLDPRES/ – The Moldovan leu (MDL) will appreciate on 09 August for the main reference currencies, according to data published today by the National Bank of Moldova (BNM).
Thus, 01 euro (€) will cost on Thursday, 09 August, MDL 19,09, MDL 0,05 less than today. The same trend will be for US dollar ($). It will be cheaper with MDL 0,04 and value MDL 16,46.
The Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) and Romanian leu (RON) will decrease MDL 0,01 each. RON will be quoted at MDL 04,11, and UAH will cost MDL 0,60.
As such, the Russian rouble (RUR) will keep its today value of MDL 0,25.
