DOC // Moldovan President appoints new judges

President Maia Sandu has appointed five judges who will serve at the Central Court of Appeal and the district courts of Chișinău, Orhei, Bălți, and Ungheni. The presidential decrees were published today in the Official Journal.

According to the document, Vladislav Schimbin has been appointed as a judge at the Central Court of Appeal. In addition, Ion Bocan has been appointed as a judge at the Chișinău Court, Mihail Josanu at the Orhei Court, Maxim Melnic at the Bălți Court, and Ana Schimbin at the Ungheni Court.

The presidential decrees enter into force upon the publication in the Official Journal.
