
USMF 'Nicolae Testemițanu' starts doctoral admission for 2025-2026
Doctoral School in Medical Sciences of 'Nicolae Testemițanu' State University of Medicine and Pharmacy has launched the admission competition for doctoral studies (3rd cycle) for 2025-2026 academic year.
The competition is organized for state-funded places as well as fee-based places. In total, there are 71 state-funded places available for domestic candidates and one place reserved for Romanian citizens, according to the collaboration agreement between the Republic of Moldova and Romania.
The application period is 13-24 October 2025, and the final results will be announced on 31 October.
The admission process is conducted based on competition, according to the Regulation on the organization of doctoral higher education studies, approved by Government Decision.
Candidates will submit documents in person at the Admission Commission of the Doctoral School in Medical Sciences, located in the Central Teaching Block of USMF.
The Doctoral School is part of 'Nicolae Testemițanu' State University of Medicine and Pharmacy Consortium, which includes prominent medical institutions such as the National Public Health Agency, the Institute of Cardiology, the Institute of Oncology, 'Diomid Gherman' Institute of Neurology and Neurosurgery, the Mother and Child Institute and 'Timofei Moșneaga' Republican Clinical Hospital.
