Moldova won third gold medal at European Junior Weightlifting Championship

Chisinau, 2 Aug. /MOLDPRES/- Moldova won the third gold medal at the European Junior (Under-20) and U-23 Weightlifting Championships, 2023 edition. Tudor Bratu is the young man who won the gold medal.

The athlete won the gold in the category up to 102 kg U-23.

Tudor Bratu is a disciple of emeritus coach Andrei Reuțchi, from the Specialized Weightlifting Sports School in Cahul, an institution subordinate to the Ministry of Education and Research (MEC).

The European Junior and U23 Weightlifting Championships 2023 is held on July 26 - August 3, in Bucharest, Romania.
