Simtel Solar company enters Moldova's market of systems of stocking energy through new business line

Chisinau, 9 December /MOLDPRES/ - Simtel Solar, part of the Simtel (BVB: SMTL) engineering and technology group, leader in the renewable energy field, extends its portfolio through the launch of a new business line dedicated to the system of storing energy, providing full consultancy solutions EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction), commercial operation, service and maintenance.   
The company has the goal to address the ever increased need of efficient management of the consumption and production of energy, actively contributing to the transition to sources of renewable energy and the creation of a sustainable energy system.
In the present context of Moldova, in which the energy network faces major challenges because of the dependence of the imports of energy and fluctuations of renewable energy sources, the storing of energy becomes an important element for the country’s energy stability independence. The projects of storing energy can help balance the demand and supply of energy, thus reducing the pressure on the network and contributing to a more efficient management of energy resources.

Simtel Team, a Romanian engineering and technology company listed on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, in 2022 opened a branch in Chisinau through the foundation of a local company, named Simtel Solar, and in which Simtel Team holds the entire participation. The company ruled to open a branch in Moldova, as a result of the strategy of expansion internationally, as well as due to the increased requests coming from the Simtel clients, who are present on Moldova’s market as well.
