Paid internships in public service of Moldova: young people invited to apply for edition 6.1 of programme
Presentations on the Joint Internship Programme of the European Union and Moldova’s government have continued at the State University. Students learned about the opportunities provided by paid internships in the public service, which allow them to gain practical experience and become directly involved in the work of institutions.
Attending the event, Deputy Secretary General of the Government Alexandru Iacub encouraged young people to see public service as a way to contribute to the country’s development and to the European future of Moldova.
For his part, Mate Csicsai, Chargé d’affaires and Head of the Political, Press and Information Section of European Union Delegation to Moldova, spoke to students about the work experience in institutions that are important for the future of society and about the role of young people in European transformation processes.
For edition 6.1 of the programme, 146 internship positions are available in 48 public authorities. Applications can be submitted during May 1-15 2026 on the platform: https://cariere.gov.md/ro/internship.
