Justice Minister Veronica Mihailov-Moraru has said that the day of September 28, when parliamentary elections will be held in Moldova, was quite important for the country’s future. In the context, the minister urged citizens to participate in the vote.
“We are nearing a day that is extremely important for the future of Moldova—the parliamentary elections on September 28. I urge all professionals in the legal field: judges, lawyers, prosecutors, notaries, bailiffs, mediators and all others who have embraced this field, to contribute together and continue efforts in modernizing the rule of law, to jointly improve the level of observance of the human rights, the judiciary and the anti-corruption system,” Veronica Mihailov-Moraru said.
On Sunday, September 28, parliamentary elections will be held in Moldova. During the election, citizens will be able to vote at 2,274 polling stations opened throughout Moldova and abroad. Polling stations will be open starting from 7:00 till 21:00.
