PHOTO GALLERY // Firemen, rescuers work to liquidate consequences of fire which burst out in centre of Moldovan capital on 13 March

The pictures were taken by MOLDPRES photo-reporter Mihai Vengher today morning. Dozens of firemen and rescuers work, in order to liquidate the consequences of the devastating fire which burst out on 13 March morning.

The flames covered the building of a restaurant placed in the centre of Chisinau. According to the Interior Ministry’s General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations, no victims were reported in the wake of the fire. Over 100 rescuers and firemen with 24 special technology units fought against the flames. The fire was extinguished after about five hours.
