Moldovan energy minister to parliament; MPs to examine simple motion on state energy policy

The parliament on February 19 will examine the simple motion on the state’s energy policy, energy security in relation to the need to protect consumers and tariffs’ stability. Energy Minister Dorin Junghietu will present the information.

The simple motion was submitted by MPs of the parliamentary opposition on February 5, this year. Its examination takes place within 14 working days from its submission.

To be adopted, the simple motion must be supported by a majority of the lawmakers present at the parliament meeting.

The plenary meeting will start on February 19 at 11:00. The agenda was approved by the standing bureau.
