Moldovan products promoted at Moldova Presents exhibition held in Brașov

Over 50 entrepreneurs from the Republic of Moldova promoted Moldovan products at the 5th edition of Moldova Presents exhibition, held on June 27-29 in Brașov, Romania.

Entrepreneurs from our country presented at the event food and agro-industrial products, wines and spirits, beekeeping products, textiles, jewelry, furniture, construction materials, cosmetics and handicrafts.

The launch of the event was marked by an exhibition tour of the stands, attended by representatives of local public authorities in Brașov, officials from the Republic of Moldova, ambassadors, partners and visitors.

'By organizing this event, we aim to strengthen economic and commercial bridges between the Republic of Moldova and Romania, encourage the competitiveness of the business environment, and offer a dynamic platform for promotion, interaction, and identification of bilateral collaboration opportunities,' President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sergiu Harea said.

Besides the economic component, the exhibition included an important cultural dimension. Residents and guests of Brașov enjoyed a folklore show performed by artistic ensembles and soloists from the Republic of Moldova - a moment to celebrate the shared cultural heritage and deep connections between the two banks of the Prut River.

The event was organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova, in partnership with Brașov City Hall, Brașov County Council, Brașov Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova in Romania, the Organization for Entrepreneurship Development, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Moldova and local cultural institutions.

The event has established itself over time as a platform for supporting local producers and promoting the image of the Republic of Moldova abroad. This year's jubilee edition, organized in Brașov, proudly continues the tradition started in 2016 in the cities of Iași and Ploiești and is part of the internationalization initiative of Made in Moldova concept.
