Vladislav Kulminski appointed as Ambassador to United States

The former Moldova’s deputy prime minister for reintegration, Vladislav Kulminski, has been appointed as ambassador to the United States. The appointment decree was published in the Official Journal and has come into effect.

Vladislav Kulminski is an expert in political analysis, strategic planning and conflict resolution. During August-November 2021, he served as deputy prime minister for reintegration of Moldova in the Gavrilita Government.

He will hold the office of ambassador previously held by Viorel Ursu.

Today, the decree appointing Mihail Barbulat as ambassador to Hungary, concurrently to Slovenia, and Emil Jacota as ambassador to North Macedonia  came into effect as well.
