Last Bell rings in Romanian-language schools on left bank of Dniester
Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Valeriu Chiveri has taken part in the festivities dedicated to the Last Bell in the localities of Cocieri, Corjova, Molovata and Roghi, eastern Dubasari district.
During the events, the official congratulated the pupils, teaching staff and parents on the occasion of the end of the 2025–2026 academic year and presented certificates of excellence to students who achieved outstanding results.
Addressing those present, the Deputy Prime Minister praised the effort and perseverance of the pupils, as well as the dedication of the teachers in the educational process, emphasizing the essential role of education in the Romanian language in the development and formation of new generations.
“Every success achieved through hard work and perseverance represents an important foundation for the future. I wish the graduates courage and success in choosing their professional path, and to all pupils – a nice and well-deserved vacation. Keep learning, dreaming and believing in your own strength,” highlighted Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Valeriu Chiveri.
It should be noted that, within the dialogue platforms with Tiraspol, the constitutional authorities constantly reiterate their call for an end to any form of pressure on pupils and teaching staff from the eight Latin-script educational institutions, including the practices of illegally registering minors in unconstitutional military structures.
At the same time, young people and children from the Transnistrian region benefit from all opportunities provided by the national legal framework, including access to educational institutions on the right bank of the Dniester and abroad, in accordance with European standards and the Bologna system, as well as opportunities for integration into the labor market. Admission procedures to higher education institutions are applied uniformly throughout the territory of Moldova.
