
Government appoints new government agent to represent Moldova at European Court of Human Rights
Andrei Briceag was appointed today by the Executive as the government agent responsible for representing the Republic of Moldova at the European Court of Human Rights.
Andrei Briceag holds a master's degree in law and has 15 years of professional experience in the legal sector.
Also today, the Government decided to release Ruslan Lungu from the position of State Secretary of the Ministry of Justice based on his resignation request. Sorin Popescu was appointed in his place, having been released from his position as director of the Digitalization in Justice and Judicial Administration Agency.
The government also approved the appointment of Alexandru Mîrza as deputy head of Edineț Territorial Office of the State Chancellery.
