Moldova’s airspace violated again: drone enters from direction of Ukraine
The airspace of Moldova has been violated again. An unauthorized drone entered the area of the Cioburciu–Pervomaisc localities today, coming from the direction of Ukraine. The aircraft flew over the territory of Moldova for approximately 10 minutes, after which it left the national airspace.
According to the Air Operations Service, the drone entered the national airspace at 11:09 a.m., traveling near the locality of Cioburciu toward the locality of Pervomaisc.
At 11:19 a.m., the aircraft left the airspace of Moldova near the Ukrainian locality of Kuchurgan and continued its journey toward the locality of Stepove, Ukraine.
National institutions continue to monitor the situation and coordinate actions with external partner authorities.
