Relaunch of competition for selecting civil society representatives in Open Governance Coordination Committee
The Open Governance Coordination Committee announces the relaunch of the competition for selecting members from civil society to its composition, in order to ensure efficient coordination of the co-creation and implementation process of the Open Governance Action Plan for 2026–2028.
Following the review of the results of the competition held on 17 February - 20 March 2026, the Committee found certain procedural and technological deficiencies, and therefore decided to annul its results (Report of 2 April 2026).
The Committee expresses its regret for any inconvenience caused to participants in the previous competition and extends its thanks for their interest and engagement in this process.
In this context, a new procedural framework for organizing and conducting the competition has been approved, based on the following principles: procedural transparency, open competition, meritocracy, genuine representativeness of civil society, impartiality in evaluation, prevention of conflicts of interest, traceability of decisions, and equal opportunities. Detailed information on the procedural framework of the competition and the application process is available here.
The competition will take place in three main evaluation stages: assessment of application files; evaluation of letters of support; interview.
Applications may be submitted on 21 April - 6 May 2026 by filling out the form available at the following link: https://forms.gle/7dbAirASpVj2RCRo7.
Participants in the previous competition are encouraged to reapply under the revised procedural framework.
Candidates will be further informed about the subsequent stages of the selection process, including the organization of interviews.
