Interns of 5th edition take part in workshop to consolidate internship experience in Moldova
The State Chancellery, as the national coordinator of paid internships in the public service, on February 21-22 organized a Bootcamp dedicated to the interns of the 5th edition. The event was carried out in collaboration with the University Information Centre, with the financial support of the Soros Foundation Moldova.
The activity brought together young interns in an interactive format focused on strengthening professional skills and developing team spirit. During two days, the young participants were involved in connection and reflection exercises, guided discussions and practical activities meant to stimulate critical thinking and collaboration.
The event was attended by Deputy Secretary General of the Government Alexandru Iacub. He emphasized the essential role of the new generation in consolidating and modernizing public administration, encouraging the interns to make full use of their competences and to confidently pursue a professional path in the public service.
The Bootcamp concluded with an evaluation session, during which the interns shared their conclusions and perspectives for the next stage. They had the opportunity to identify their strengths and challenges, setting clear directions for professional development. Through such initiatives, the State Chancellery supports the formation of a new generation of specialists, promoting a modern, responsible, and results-oriented public service.
