Today, great writer Vladimir Beșleagă is being laid to rest. The funeral ceremony is taking place at the National Palace Nicolae Sulac,.All those who admired Vladimir Beșleagă have come to the National Palace to pay their last respects.
In memory of the maestro, today is a day of mourning throughout the country.
A moment of silence in memory of Vladimir Beșleagă will be held at 12:00.
Vladimir Beșleagă will be buried at the central cemetery in Chișinău.
Vladimir Beșleagă, writer and former deputy, passed away at the age of 93 on the evening of February 25. He was a prominent figure in Romanian literature and culture, known for his significant contributions to promoting national values and Romanian language in Bessarabia.
