Moldovan president condemns Russia's attacks on Ukrainian city of Kriviy Rih
President Maia Sandu has condemned Russia’s attack on the Ukrainian city of Kriviy Rih, after a Russian missile on 4 April destroyed a whole street and killed 18 people, of whom nine children.
“Russia attacks every day, kills every day. The barbarian regime tries to rebuilt the empire through terror,’’ the head of state said.
The Moldovan president also said that the Ukrainian people resisted and defended the freedom of Moldova as well. At the same time, she noted that people must make the difference between good and evil, between the peaceful world and the aggressor and choose, every day, to keep Moldova on the side of peace.
