Attention, travelers! Heavy traffic at Leuseni checkpoint of Moldova, on outbound route
The Customs Service announces increased traffic at the Leuseni border crossing point. The outbound direction from the Republic of Moldova is congested.
The control authorities are taking measures to streamline cross-border traffic, with operations being carried out at full capacity on six control lanes, including through the application of the REVERSE procedure.
In the context, the customs authority recommends that road users opt for crossing at the Costesti, Leova, or Cahul checkpoints.
