Moldovan government creates friendly conditions for entrepreneurs from northern Moldova: industrial park to operate in Glodeni
An industrial park will operate in Glodeni, where entrepreneurs can conduct their businesses in a friendly environment, make investments and create new jobs for the people of the region. The government has approved a decision granting industrial park status to the municipal enterprise, Multifunctional Industrial Platform from Glodeni.
"This is a quite important project both for Glodeni and for the region. We hope it will set an example for other urban and rural areas to develop. The state will continue to support small and medium-sized businesses, those who create well-paid jobs," said Prime Minister Dorin Recean.
The industrial park is located in the town of Glodeni and covers an area of about 10 hectares. At the park, economic agents will benefit from a friendly organizational, administrative, and fiscal environment for production and industrial activities. Residents will have free access to land and access to water, sewage, gas, electricity and communication infrastructure.
The project is part of the Moldovan Growth Plan, supported by the European Union, and represents one of the four industrial platforms planned by the government to boost the regional economy.
