Unique exhibition opened at Moldovan parliament
The exhibition Spring Flowers by artist Sergiu Galben was inaugurated at Parliament. The event brings together 17 thematic works that capture the beauty and vitality of spring flowers.
According to the parliament's communication and public relations department, created in oil on canvas, the paintings depict various floral compositions in an original manner - roses, tulips, peonies, chrysanthemums and wildflowers.
"The exhibition aims to delight the admirers' eyes and remind us of the beauty of spring. I chose this selection of paintings as a greeting for all the ladies on International Women's Day," said Sergiu Galben.
Deputy Secretary General of Parliament Tamara Gheorghita praised the painter's talent, emphasizing that the exhibition is "a visual delight for visitors of the Parliament, deputies and institution employees."
Sergiu Galben has been a member of the Fine Artists' Union since 1972 and is a prominent name in the field of visual arts. His works have been exhibited in Austria, Romania, Russia, Bulgaria and about 20 paintings are part of the National Art Museum of Moldova's collection.
The exhibition, organized in collaboration with the Fine Artists' Union can be visited at Parliament by late March.
